Apex Bank Recruitment 2025: The Assam Co-operative Apex Bank Ltd. (ACAB) is inviting online application forms from eligible candidates for 7 managerial vacancies. The advertisement for the recruitment drive was released on the 7th of January, and the application portal will remain open till the 31st of January, 2025.

General Manager (Grade-B)	3

Pay Scale

• The scale of pay for General Managers selected under Apex Bank Recruitment 2025 will be Rs. 44,510 to Rs. 96,770 with a grade pay of Rs. 11,900.00.
• Whereas, the scale of pay for Deputy General Managers is Rs. 39,890 to Rs. 92,210 with a grade pay of Rs. 10,500.
• Officials will also be eligible for Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Medical Allowances, and other benefits as per applicable rules.

Eligibility Criteria

• The candidates need to be Indian citizens to apply for APEX Bank Recruitment 2025.
• Age Limit: To apply for General Manager, the maximum age of a candidate can be 55 years, whereas for Deputy General Manager vacancies, the maximum age can be 50 years.
• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognised University.

Experience Criteria for General Manager

 

Candidates applying for the position of General Manager must have 6 years of work experience at the middle or senior level in the banking sector. They should be strategic thinkers and dynamic leaders with the ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams. Strong interpersonal skills and high business acumen are essential, with a proven track record of demonstrating these qualities while heading a department or serving as a senior team member.

Applicants must possess in-depth specialized knowledge and hands-on experience in at least one or more of the following areas:

1. Accounts, Finance, and Taxation (including GST): Should be capable of finalizing the bank’s final accounts.
2. Loans and Advances: Including agriculture, rural, and cooperative credit.
3. Recovery and Collection: Including legal aspects and relevant laws.
4. Administration and Human Resources (HR).
5. Compliance, Risk Management, and Inspection.

Experience Criteria for Dy. General Manager

• Candidates applying for Dy. General Manager vacancies under Apex Bank Recruitment 2025 must have 5 years of work experience at the middle or senior level in the banking sector.
• Proficiency in PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential.
• The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker and a dynamic leader with the ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and high business acumen are crucial.

Applicants must also have in-depth specialized knowledge and hands-on experience in at least one or more of the following areas:

Selection Procedure

The selection process of Apex Bank Recruitment 2025 will comprise 2 stages. In the first stage, the concerned authorities will shortlist the best candidates based on the eligibility conditions given above. Next, these shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview (PI).

Application Fees

The application forms of APEX Bank Recruitment 2025 must be accompanied by a Demand Draft or Pay Order of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only), drawn in favour of “The Assam Co-operative Apex Bank Ltd.” and payable at Guwahati. Applications submitted without the required fee in the form of a Demand Draft or Pay Order will be rejected.
