Gauhati University has released the final merit list for admissions to the Bachelors of Education (B.Ed) programme, as per the candidate’s performances in GUBEDCET 2022. Gauhati University conducted the entrance test, GUBEDCET 2022 on the 7th of August, 2022. And the provisional rank list was out on the 31st of August, 2022.

Final Rank List of GUBEDCET 2022
All the candidates who appeared in GUBEDCET 2022 on August 7 can now see their scores on the final merit list by clicking here. This final merit list is prepared after rectifying all the errors in the provisional merit list released 15 days ago, considering the complaints/ requests received from the candidates.
Candidates can follow these steps to download the merit list from the official website:
- Visit the admission portal, i.e. admissions.gauhati.ac.in
- Click on the highlighted link saying ‘GU BEDCET 2022 Rank (Merit) List’
- Scroll down to the bottom and then view and download the merit list by clicking on the corresponding links
Admission Procedure
As the final rank list is out now, Gauhati University has asked all the Colleges/ Institutions affiliated with GU who are eligible to admit students in B.Ed. programme for the session 2022-23 to take up the initiative and start the counselling procedures on the basis of the Merit List of GUBEDCET-2022. Gauhati University has also directed the institutes to complete the admission procedures as soon as possible and send the list of admitted candidates to the university on or before the 28th of September, 2022.
Cut-off Marks
The Cut off Mark to call for Counselling is as follows:
- For unreserved category: 60 marks
- For reserved category: 50 marks
