Salary
Selected apprentices under the LICHFL Apprenticeship 2025 program will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 12,000 during their 12-month training period.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Candidates must be aged between 20 and 25 years as of 1st September 2025.
- Educational Qualification: Applicants should have completed a graduation degree in any stream from Indian Universities or Institutes recognized by UGC/ AICTE between 1st September 2021 and 1st September 2025.
- Previous Work Experience: Candidates should not have any ongoing or completed apprenticeship contract with any other organization.
Selection Process
- Online application for LICHFL Apprenticeship 2025 should be submitted through the Government of India apprenticeship portals (NATS portal).
- Registration on the NATS portal is mandatory before application.
- Qualified candidates will appear for an entrance examination conducted by BFSI Sector Skill Council of India.
- Shortlisted candidates will then be called for document verification and personal interview at LIC HFL offices.
- Final selection results in issuance of offer letters detailing training branch and program terms.

- Register on the NATS apprenticeship portal under “Student Register/ Login”.
- Submit the online application within the specified date window.
- Note down all login credentials and the Enrolment ID issued by the portal for future use.
- Receive communication from BFSI SSC regarding entrance examination and payment details.
- Pay the examination fee online as per category.
- Appear for the entrance exam as scheduled.
- Participate in document verification and personal interview if shortlisted.
- Accept the offer and report to the assigned LIC HFL branch for apprenticeship training.
