Pay Scale

The remuneration for candidates selected in the Madhabdev University Recruitment 2024 will include salary and other allowances. The salary details are given below:

Eligibility

(a) Age Limit

The candidate’s age should not be more than 38 years as of 01/01/2024 to apply for Madhabdev University Recruitment 2024.
However, certain relaxations per Govt norms exist for SC/ ST/ OBC/ OMBC/ PWD candidates.

(b) Educational Criteria

The educational qualification and selection procedure in Madhabdev University Recruitment 2024 will be as per Govt. O.M. No. AHE.239/ 2021/ 68 dated 24/01/2022 with the NET/ SLET/ SET as mandatory eligibility conditions.
Candidates having Ph.D. Degree in accordance with UGC Ph.D. Regulation 2009 shall be exempted from the requirement of minimum eligibility conditions of NET/ SLET/ SET.
The candidates must have a minimum of 55% marks in the concerned subject. A relaxation of 5% marks may be provided at the Graduate or Master’s level for the SC/ ST/ PWD categories for the purpose of eligibility.
The candidate has to acquire qualifications as of the last date for submitting applications. However, eligibility like M.Phil./ Ph.D./ Seminar Papers/ Publications can be acquired and submitted on the date of the interview and not beyond.
The candidates must be from the State of Assam and know the local language.
In-service candidates must apply through the proper channel with an NOC obtained from the concerned authority.
Candidates outside Assam are requested to go through the Govt. of Assam (Higher Education) Order No.AHE.429/ 2021/ Pt/ 3 dated 01.02.2022.

They should submit the filled application form along with photocopies of their academic qualifications, necessary documents, and a Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) to the following address:

The application should be accompanied by a non-refundable Demand Draft of Rs. 2000 (Rs. 1500 in case of SC/ ST)
The application must reach the office of the Principal within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement (17/10/2024).
No excuse for postal delay will be accepted.
Incomplete application will be rejected.

Application Fees

The candidates applying for Madhabdev University Recruitment 2024 have to pay Rs. 2000 (Rs. 1500 in case of SC/ ST) in favour of Madhabdev University, Narayanpur, Lakhimpur payable at State Bank of India, Narayanpur Branch (IFSC: SBIN0017208) must accompany the application.

Candidates who applied for the posts of Assistant Professors in the same subject responding to the Adv. No. MDU/22Advt.01/20/222 dated 29.04.2022 published by the University need not have to pay the Application Fee. However, they will have to submit evidence of payment of the application fee along with their applications. In the case of multiple applications, the candidate needs to pay application fees separately.
