The North Eastern Institute of Ayurveda & Folk Medicine Research (NEIAFMR), Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh, has published an advertisement via Adv. No: 03/2025 for the recruitment against 15 vacancies on a contractual basis under the NEIAFMR Recruitment 2025. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Professor (Kayachikitsa)

• Candidates must have a Postgraduate Degree in Ayurveda in the concerned subject recognized under the IMCC Act,1970/ NCISM Act, 2020.
• Candidates must have at least 10 years of teaching experience as a Reader/ Associate Professor in the concerned subject with required norms as per IMCC Act,1970

Assistant Professor (Samhita, Sharir Kriya, Rachna Sharir, & Roga Nidan)

• Candidates must have a Postgraduate degree in Ayurveda in the concerned subject recognized under the IMCC Act,1970/ NCISM Act, 2020.
• Candidates must have 5 years of teaching experience in the concerned subject in pay Level-10 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC for NEIAFMAR Recruitment 2025.

Assistant Professor (Sharir Kriya, Rachna Sharir, & Panchakarma)

• Candidates must have a postgraduate degree in Ayurveda in the concerned subject recognized under the IMCC Act,1970/ NCISM Act, 2020.
• Candidates who have published work and experience in research and have working knowledge of computers will be preferred for the NEIAFMR Recruitment 2025.

Panchakarma Technician

• Candidates must have a 10+2 from a recognized board.
• Candidates must have a one-year certificate course in Panchakarma.
• Desirable: 2 years’ experience in Panchakarma in an established Hospital/ Institute.

Lab. Attendant

• Candidates must have a 10+2 from a recognized board with 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Or, candidates have a Diploma from a recognized institute in a relevant field with 2 years of experience.

Pharmacist

• Candidates must have a 10+2 from a recognized board of education in Science Stream & with any one of the following qualifications:
  • B. Pharma (Ay) with a minimum of one year of professional experience in a reputes institute.
  • Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy (not less than 2 years duration) with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an Institution
  • Diploma in Herbal Medicine/ Technology (not less than 3 years duration)
• Desirable: Knowledge of Computer (MS Word, Excel etc.)

The candidates will be selected for vacancies advertised under NEIAFMR Recruitment 2025 through their performance in an Interview/ Test.
