Salary and Benefits
- The pre-revision pay scale for Assistants is Rs. 22,405- 62,265.
- The approximate total emoluments initially are Rs. 40,000 per month in metro cities, including allowances.
- Benefits include medical coverage, group mediclaim policy, leave travel subsidy, and other staff welfare schemes.
Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
- Candidate must be a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan.
- Tibetan refugees who arrived before 1st January 1962, intending permanent settlement, are eligible.
- Persons of Indian origin who migrated from specified countries with permanent settlement intent can apply, provided they have a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.
Age Limit (As on 31st July 2025)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years (Born between 31st July 1995 and 31st July 2004)
- Upper age relaxation applicable for various categories such as SC/ ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10 years), Ex-Servicemen, and others per government rules.
Educational Qualification
