The Samagra Shiksha, Axom (SSA) released a new notification this week inviting online applications from eligible candidates for 53 vacancies of Additional Resource Person (ARP) and Assistant Additional Resource Person (AARP). The application portal for Samagra Shiksha Axom Recruitment 2024 is open from the 6th of November, and interested candidates have time up to the 21st of November to apply for the same.
Earlier in the last week of October, SSA published another advertisement announcing the recruitment of 147 Academic Resource Person vacancies. The form fillup process for these vacancies is already going on and will be live upto November 13th, 2024.

Salary
- All the candidates who get recruited as Additional Resource Persons (ARP) will receive Rs. 20,000 fixed per month.
- Whereas, candidates selected for Assistant Additional Resource Person (AARP) vacancies under Samagra Shiksha Axom Recruitment 2024 will receive Rs. 15,000 fixed per month.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- The candidate should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 62 years of age as of 01-01-2024.
- The age limit of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of the Matriculation/ HSLC Admit Card or Pass Certificate issued by a recognized Board/ Council and no other document shall be accepted in lieu of the mentioned documents.
Educational Qualification
- The candidate applying for IE (Inclusive Education) Additional Resource Persons & Assistant Additional Resource Persons must be a graduate of a Recognized University.
- The candidate must have a minimum 1-year Diploma in Special Education in any category of disability with a valid RCI CRR number.
- Candidates applying for Additional Resource Persons will need to have work experience of a minimum of 3 years in any government organisation/ NGO working in the field of disability/ SSA/ DPEP.
- Candidates applying for Assistant Additional Resource Persons with work experience in any government organisation/ NGO working in the field of disability/ SSA/ DPEP will be given preference.
- Female candidates with disability or siblings of a disabled person or a person having a child with a disability and having requisite qualifications will be given priority in Samagra Shiksha Axom Recruitment 2024:.
How to apply?
- Go to the application portal of Samagra Shiksha Axom Recruitment 2024 using the link given below
- Then, click on the link given under “Engagement – ARP and AARP under IE”
- On the new page, click on the registration button
- Fill out the registration form with personal details and information about educational qualifications
- Upload a passport-sized image and signature, then submit the registration form
- Next, log in using the Registration ID sent to the registered phone number and the password that you entered during the registration process
- Once logged in, apply for desired vacancies- that you are eligible for
- Lastly, submit the form and download the online application for future reference
