Salary and Benefits
- The pay scale for SEBI Officer Grade A starts at ₹62,500 with incremental increases, reaching up to ₹1,26,100 over 17 years.
- The gross emoluments at the minimum scale in Mumbai include several allowances such as Grade Allowance, Special Allowance, Dearness Allowance, Family Allowance, Local Allowance, and others, amounting to approximately ₹1,84,000 per month without accommodation and ₹1,43,000 with accommodation.
- Additional benefits include leave fare concession, medical expenses, education allowance, conveyance expenses, subsidised lunch facility, and various staff welfare schemes.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
Candidates must not be older than 30 years as of 30th September 2025 (born on or after 1st October 1995). Age relaxation applies as per applicable rules.

Experience
Relevant experience is desirable in certain streams, such as Law and Engineering (Electrical and Civil), as mentioned in the vacancy details.
Selection Process
The selection involves three phases:
- Phase I: Online examination with two papers.
- Phase II: Online examination with two papers for shortlisted candidates.
- Interview: Final shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
SEBI reserves the right to modify the selection procedure.
