SIPRD Recruitment 2025: Forms open for 27 DPM & ADPM Posts; Apply now

The State Institute of Panchayat & Rural Development (SIPRD) has issued a notification inviting online applications for 27 vacancies of District Programme Manager (DPM) and Assistant District Programme Manager (ADPM). The registration for SIPRD Recruitment 2025 began from 17th February and the last date to apply is 11th March. Vacancies

• Location of the Posting for DPM: Bajali, Biswanath, Darrang Dhubri, Dima Hasao, Golaghat, Hojai, Majuli, South Salmara Mankachar, Tamulpur, Udalguri, West Karbi Anglong.
• Location of the Posting for ADPM: Baksa, Biswanath, Charaideo, Chirang, Dhubri, Dibrugarh, Goalpara, Hojai, Kokrajhar, Nalbari, Sivasagar, Sonitpur, South Salmara Mankachar, Tamulpur, West Karbi Anglong.

Pay Scale

Candidates selected under SIPRD Recruitment 2025 will receive pay of Rs. 35000/- for District Programme Manager (DPM) position and Rs. 30000/- for Assistant District Programme Manager (ADPM) position.

Eligibility Criteria

(i) Education Qualification

• The candidates must have passed BE/ B. Tech in CSE/ IT or M.Sc. (CS/ IT) or MCA from any recognized institution or university.
• The candidate should pass a minimum 60% score in the qualifying exam.
• The candidates must have 5 years of post-qualification working experienced for DPM posts and 2 years of post-qualification working experienced for ADPM posts in the field of Information Technology (IT)/ Management Information Systems (MIS)
• Preferance will be given to candidates with experience in a relevant job profile.

(ii) Age Limit

The candidate’s age must be up to 38 years as of 01/01/2025.

Selection Procedure for SIPRD Recruitment 2025

Phase 1

• The candidates whose applications are accepted will be required to appear in an objective type written test.
• Test will be held in Guwahati on a date to be notified later on the official website.

Phase 2

• Against each vacancy, 3 candidates will be shortlisted based on the marks obtained in the written test.
• After the written test, the shortlisted candidates will have to appear in a Personal interview to be held in Guwahati.
• The total marks for the Personal Interview will be 20 Marks.
