Salary
- Apprentices selected under UCO Bank Vacancies 2025 will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 15,000, inclusive of any government subsidy.
- The bank will credit Rs 10,500/- directly to the apprentices’ accounts, and the government share of Rs 4,500/- will be transferred via Direct Benefit Transfer mode.
- There are no other allowances or benefits payable during the apprenticeship period.
Eligibility Criteria
Citizenship
The candidate must be either a Citizen of India or a subject of Nepal/ Bhutan, Tibetan Refugee who came before January 1962, or a person of Indian origin who migrated from specified countries, with a certificate of eligibility from the Government of India.
Age Limit
The age of the applicant for UCO Bank Vacancies 2025 should be between 20 and 28 years as of 1st October 2025. Relaxations apply as per categories:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 to 15 years depending on category
- Widows, divorced, and separated women have age relaxation up to 35 for UR/ EWS, 38 for OBC, and 40 for SC/ ST.
Educational Qualification
Graduation from a recognized university/ institute approved by the Government of India. Candidates must have completed graduation on or after 1st April 2021 with relevant certificates.
Experience
Candidates with one year or more of job experience or prior apprenticeship are not eligible to apply for UCO Bank Vacancies 2025.
Selection Process
- First of all, candidates will need to register and submit online applications for Apprentice recruitment under UCO Bank Vacancies 2025 through the Government of India’s apprenticeship portal, widely known as the NATS portal.
- Eligible candidates will then be able to appear for an entrance examination conducted by the BFSI Sector Skill Council of India.
- After the test, a merit list will be prepared state-wise and category-wise.
- And then the shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification or medical fitness tests, as applicable.
- Next, the final selection list will be published and the offer letters detailing training branch will be issued.

- Minimum qualifying marks will be fixed by the bank with relaxations for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwBD candidates.

Steps to Apply
- Register on the NATS apprenticeship portal under “Student Register/ Login”.
- Submit the online application within the specified date window.
- Note down all login credentials and the Enrolment ID issued by the portal for future use.
- Receive communication from BFSI SSC regarding entrance examination and payment details.
- Pay the examination fee online as per category.
- Appear for the entrance exam as scheduled.
- Participate in document verification and personal interview if shortlisted.
- Accept the offer and report to the assigned branch for apprenticeship training.
