Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the IOCL Recruitment 2025, the candidate must fulfill the following criteria:
A. Age
- The age criteria for the General (UR) category must be between 18 to 26 years as of 31.01.2025.
- Age relaxations for the following categories –
- SC/ST : 5 years
- OBC-NCL : 3 years
- PwBD (UR) : 10 years
- PwBD (OBC-NCL) : 13 years
- PwBD (SC/ST) :15 years

Selection Procedure
The selection of the candidates for IOCL Recruitment 2025 will be based on two step process i.e, Computer Based Test (CBT) and another Proficiency test. The CBT will contain:

How to apply for IOCL Recruitment 2025?
To apply for IOCL Recruitment 2025, the candidates must follow these steps:
- First of all, click the ‘Online Application Portal’ as directed below
- Go to the section directed as ‘New Registration’
- Candidates will now have to provide their mobile number and email
- The candidates applying will have to set a strong password
- Based on the above details, the registration number will be generated
- After this, the candidate needs to enter all the details as directed and upload the essential documents along with the photograph and signature
- After this, the candidate must complete the payment procedure by paying the application fee
- At last, the candidate must click on the “submit” button
