The recruitment drive covers 389 vacancies for the posts of Manager and Junior Executive across various disciplines, including Civil and Electrical Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Architecture, Law, Fire Services, Operations, Commercial, Corporate Planning, Corporate Communications, and Survey & Cartography.

Pay Scale
The pay scale (IDA) applicable for AAI Recruitment 2026 is given below.

In addition to basic pay, candidates will get Dearness Allowance, Perks at 35% of basic pay, HRA, and other benefits including CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, and Medical benefits as per AAI Rules.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Manager posts: Maximum 32 years as on 7th September 2026.
- Junior Executive posts: Maximum 27 years as on 7th September 2026.
Candidates from SC/ ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), PwBD, and Ex-servicemen categories, as well as AAI employees in regular service, are entitled to age relaxation as applicable; the complete category-wise relaxation details are available in the official notification.

All Manager posts under AAI Recruitment 2026 require the experience to be from Central/ State Government, PSUs, or large private organisations meeting the criteria specified in the official notification.
Selection Process
Selection for AAI Recruitment 2026 will be through the following stages:
- Computer Based Test (Objective Type), with no negative marking for wrong answers.
- Application Verification/ Subsequent Tests for all posts.
- Interview, applicable for Manager posts
- For Manager (Fire Services), Application Verification will be followed by Physical Measurement Test, Driving Test, and Physical Endurance Test (Running, Casualty Carrying, Pole Climbing, Rope Climbing, and Ladder Climbing & Descending), before the Interview stage.
The Computer Based Test will be bilingual (Hindi and English), except for the language test.
Documents Required
- Educational qualification certificates and mark sheets.
- Caste Certificate/ OBC (NCL) Certificate, issued during FY 2026-27, wherever applicable.
- EWS Certificate valid for FY 2026-27, wherever applicable.
- Disability Certificate generated through the Swavalamban/ UDID Portal, for PwBD candidates.
- Discharge Certificate, for Ex-servicemen candidates.
- No Objection Certificate from the present employer, for candidates already working in Government/ PSU/ Autonomous Body.
- Valid Light Motor Vehicle License, for Operations and Fire Services posts.
- Proof of identity.
Steps to Apply

- Register using a valid personal e-mail ID and mobile number, which must remain active throughout the recruitment process.
- Fill in personal, educational, and category details carefully, since no correction is possible after final submission.
- Upload scanned images of photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and hand-written declaration as per the prescribed specifications.
- Capture and upload a live photograph using a webcam or mobile phone, as required in the application form.
- Pay the applicable application fee through the integrated online payment gateway.
- Take a printout of the e-Receipt and the filled application form for future reference.
