Qualification
The age and education criteria under Assam Agriculture Recruitment 2025 is given:
Age
- The candidate should be between 21 and 40 years of age as on 01.01.2025 for the posts of Deputy Project Director, Accountant-cum-Clerk and Computer Programmer, as per Government OM No. ABP 06/2016/51 dated 02.09.2020.
- For the posts of Block Technology Manager and Assistant Technology Manager, the upper age limit is 45 years as on 01.01.2025
Education details
Deputy Project Director
The candidate applying under Assam Agriculture Recruitment 2025 must have
Qualification:
- Post-graduate degree in Agriculture or Allied Sector.
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity in the Agriculture & Allied Sector.
- Candidates working as Block Technology Manager (BTM) with 5 years’ experience are also eligible.
Accountant-cum-Clerk
The candidate applying under Assam Agriculture Recruitment 2025 must have
Qualification:
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in accountancy in a reputed organization.
- Experience should be to the satisfaction of the State Government.
Computer Programmer

Qualification:
- B.Tech in Computer Science or

Selection procedure
The selection of the candidates applying under Assam Agriculture recruitment 2025 is based on following procedures:
- An OMR-based written examination will be conducted zone-wise at Guwahati, Tezpur, Jorhat, Silchar, and Bongaigaon.
- (Examination centres may be changed depending on the number of applications received.)
- The examination will consist of 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions carrying 1 mark each, for a total of 100 marks.
- There shall be no negative marking.
- The duration of the examination will be 3 hours.
