Assam Financial Corporation Recruitment 2025: The Assam Financial Corporation (AFC) has announced recruitment for various posts in 2025 vide advertisment Notification No. AFC/ HO/ ESTT/ 563. The corporation invites eligible candidates to apply online for positions including AGM (Finance), Manager (Technical), Manager (Finance), and Dy. Manager (Finance). The recruitment aims to support the industrialization and financial development of Assam. Pay Scale

AGM (Finance): Pay Band-4 (Rs. 30,000 – 1,10,000) with Grade Pay Rs. 14,500/-
Manager (Technical/ Finance): Pay Band-4 (Rs. 30,000 – 1,10,000) with Grade Pay Rs. 13,300/-
Dy. Manager (Finance): Pay Band-4 (Rs. 30,000 – 1,10,000) with Grade Pay Rs. 12,700/-

Other Criteria

Candidates must be Indian citizens and permanent residents of Assam to be eligible for Assam Financial Corporation Recruitment 2025.
Education Qualifications must be from AICTE accredited or UGC recognized institutions as per table given below.
Candidates having experience in financial institutions/ banks will be given preference.
Age relaxation as per government norms:
- 5 years for SC/ ST candidates
- 3 years for OBC/ MOBC candidates
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Assamese

Selection Process

First of all, candidates will be shortlisted from the applications recieved based on the eligibility conditions mentioned in the advertisment of Assam Financial Corporation Recruitment 2025.
Then based on the number of applications recieved and shortlisted candidates, the selection committee, constituted by AFC will decide about the selection process.
If found necessary, they can conduct Written test or any other test.
