Pay Scale and Stipend
Selected candidates will be on probation for one year. Trainee posts carry a fixed monthly stipend during the training period.

Besides basic pay, candidates will receive Industrial Dearness Allowance at applicable rates. Other benefits include perquisites at 35 per cent of basic pay, North-East allowance at 10 per cent of basic pay (if posted in the North-East region), HRA, CMER, medical facility, PRMS and DCPS, as per company rules.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
The cut-off date for age limit and post qualification experience is 9th October 2026. The upper age limit is for unreserved vacancies.

- Operator (Chemical), Technician (Electrical), Technician (Instrumentation), Technician (Mechanical) and all trainee posts: 30 years

Educational Qualification
- Foreman (Chemical): Diploma in Engineering in Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Chemical Technology/ Petrochemical Technology with minimum 55 per cent marks
- Foreman (Civil): Diploma in Engineering in Civil with minimum 55 per cent marks
- Junior Superintendent (Human Resources): Bachelor Degree with Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations with minimum 50 per cent marks in each, and proficiency in computer operations
- Foreman (Instrumentation): Diploma in Engineering in Instrumentation/ Instrumentation and Control/ Electronics and Instrumentation/ Electrical and Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Electrical and Electronics with minimum 55 per cent marks
- Operator (Chemical) and Operator (Chemical) Trainee: B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 50 per cent marks, or B.Sc. (Honours) in Chemistry with minimum 50 per cent marks
- Technician (Electrical): Matric plus ITI Tradesmanship/ National Apprenticeship Certificate in Electrical/ Wireman Trade
- Technician (Instrumentation): Matric plus ITI Tradesmanship/ National Apprenticeship Certificate in Instrumentation trade
- Technician (Mechanical) and Technician (Mechanical) Trainee: Matric plus ITI Tradesmanship/ National Apprenticeship Certificate in Fitter/ Diesel Mechanic/ Machinist/ Turner trade
- Accounts Assistant Trainee: B.Com. with minimum 50 per cent marks, minimum typing speed of 40 w.p.m. in English on computer, and proficiency in computer operations
SC/ST and PwBD candidates get relaxed minimum marks as per the notification, subject to availability of reserved vacancies. All qualifications must be from recognised institutions or boards as specified in the notification.

Experience of the candidate applying under BCPL Non Executive Post Recruitment 2026 must be acquired after passing the required course. Apprentice training under the Apprentices Act will not be counted as work experience.
Selection Process
- Candidates applying under BCPL Non Executive Post Recruitment 2026 fulfilling all eligibility criteria, based on the online application, will be considered for further selection.
