Bilasipara College Recruitment: Bilasipara College recently released an advertisement on 25th October 2024, inviting applicants to apply for the Assistant Professor and Grade IV posts. Eligible candidates can download the application form in the prescribed format from the DHE website. Applications must be submitted along with complete bio-data and self-attested copies of testimonials from HSLC (High School Leaving Certificate) onwards.

Pay Scale

The remuneration for candidates selected in the Bilasipara College Recruitment will include salary and other allowances. The salary details are given below:

Eligibility

Age

• The age of the candidate for Bilasipara College Recruitment should not be more than 38 years for Assistant Professor and 40 years for Grade IV as of 01/01/2024.
• However, certain relaxations per Govt norms exist for SC/ ST/ OBC/ OMBC/ PWD candidates.

Educational Qualification

Grade IV

• The applicant must be class VIII passed for the post of Grade IV
• Applicant must have sufficient knowledge of computer operation and IT equipment.
• In-service applicants must apply through the proper channel with an NOC obtained from the concerned authority.

Assistant Professor

• Educational Qualification for the posts of Assistant Professor for the Bilasipara College Recruitment will be as per Govt. O.M. No. AHE.239/ 2021/ 68 dated 24.01.2022 with the NET/ SLET/ SET as mandatory eligibility conditions.
• Candidates having Ph.D. Degree in accordance with UGC Ph.D. Regulation 2009 shall be exempted from the requirement of minimum eligibility conditions of NET/ SLET/ SET.
• Candidates applying for the post of Assistant Professor must have a good academic record with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade on a point scale) at the Master’s Degree level in the concerned subject. Relaxation of marks and eligibility criteria will be as per the latest Govt. OM/ Guidelines
• Publications and other relevant eligibilities can be acquired and submitted on the date of the interview and not beyond
• The candidates must be from the State of Assam and know the local language
• In-service candidates must apply through the proper channel with an NOC obtained from the concerned authority
• Candidates outside Assam are requested to go through the Govt. of Assam (Higher Education) Order No.AHE.429/ 2021/ Pt/ 3 dated 01.02.2022.

Documents Required

Grade IV

• Class 8 pass certificate/ Marksheet or certificates of any higher qualification
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• PRC certificate
• Employment Exchange Document

Assistant Professor

• Class-X/ Class-XlI Examination, Admit Card/ Pass Certificate/ Marksheet issued by Central/ State Board indicating Date of Birth in support of their claim of age
• Certificates of HSLC to Post-Graduation Degree
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• PRC certificate
• NET/ SLET/ SET certificate
• M.Phil./ Ph.D./ Seminar Papers/ Publications (if applicable)

How to apply?

• Candidates who are interested in Bilasipara College Recruitment 2024 and meet the eligibility criteria can download the prescribed Application Format from the DHE website and then fill it up
• They should submit the filled application with the post details and accurate Roster Number along with photocopies of their academic qualifications, necessary documents, and a Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) to the following address:

• The application should be accompanied by a non-refundable Demand Draft of Rs. 700/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Only) for the Grade IV post and a non-refundable Demand Draft of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only) for the Assistant professor post
• The application must reach the office of the Principal within 15 days of this advertisement’s publication (25/10/2024).
• No excuse for postal delay will be accepted.
• Incomplete application will be rejected.
