Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be placed on probation for 12 months from their date of joining. There is also a mandatory service bond requiring candidates to serve a minimum of 3 years in the Corporation after joining, or pay 3 months’ basic pay in lieu of the same.
Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
A candidate applying for CCI Recruitment 2026 must be a citizen of India.
Age Limit
The minimum age for all posts is 18 years as on the date of advertisement. The upper age limit is as follows:
- Assistant Manager (Official Language) and Assistant Manager (Information Technology): 32 years
- Management Trainee (Marketing), Management Trainee (Accounts), Junior Commercial Executive, Junior Assistant (Accounts) and Junior Assistant (General): 30 years
- For posts 105, 106 and 107, employees already working with CCI on a regular or temporary basis are entitled to age relaxation only to the extent of the number of years of service put in with CCI, provided they meet the other eligibility criteria for direct recruitment.
- Candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen) are entitled to certain age relaxations; check the official notification (linked below) for complete details.
Educational Qualification
- Assistant Manager (Official Language): Post-graduate degree in Hindi with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. The candidate should have studied English as one subject up to graduation and should be well conversant in Hindi. A qualification in Hindi translation and an MBA are added advantages.
- Assistant Manager (Information Technology): BE (IT/ CS), MCA, or MBA/ PGDM with specialisation in IT/ System from a recognised university or institution, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
- Management Trainee (Marketing): MBA in Agri Business Management or an equivalent Agriculture-related Management degree.
- Management Trainee (Accounts): CA/ CMA.
- Junior Commercial Executive: B.Sc Agriculture from a recognised university with an aggregate of 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates).
- Junior Assistant (Accounts): B.Com from a recognised university with an aggregate of 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates).
- Junior Assistant (General): Any graduate from a recognised university with an aggregate of 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates).
For posts 105, 106 and 107, existing CCI employees (regular or temporary) applying under direct recruitment need only hold any graduate qualification (10+2+3).
Experience
- Assistant Manager (Official Language): Minimum 1 year of experience in an organisation of repute.
- Assistant Manager (Information Technology): Minimum 1 year of experience in a reputed public or private sector organisation, holding a responsible position.
No prior experience is specified for the Management Trainee, Junior Commercial Executive and Junior Assistant posts.
Selection Process
Candidates for CCI Recruitment 2026 will be selected through a Computer Based Test followed by document verification. Eligibility will be determined only at the document verification stage, based on the information furnished in the online application.
Exam Pattern
- The written test for all posts under CCI Recruitment 2026 will consist of 120 objective-type MCQs to be attempted in 120 minutes.
- Each correct answer carries 1 mark, and 0.25 marks are deducted for every wrong answer.
- The minimum qualifying percentage is 40% for UR/ EWS/ OBC candidates and 35% for SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-servicemen candidates.
