CDOE Tezpur University Admissions 2026: Apply Online For MA And Diploma Programmes

The Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), Tezpur University, a Central University, has invited applications for six programmes under ODL mode from 1st July 2026. All programmes offered under CDOE Tezpur University Admissions 2026 are approved by UGC-DEB, and interested candidates can apply through the official CDOE admission portal.

Programmes Offered Under CDOE Tezpur University Admissions 2026

CDOE, Tezpur University is offering three Master’s programmes and three Diploma programmes for the Autumn Semester, 2026. The table below gives an overview of the programme codes and offering departments.

Duration Of Programmes

• The Master’s programmes under CDOE Tezpur University Admissions 2026 have a minimum duration of 2 years (4 semesters) and a maximum duration of 4 years (8 semesters). Diploma programmes also carry a minimum duration of 2 years (4 semesters) and a maximum duration of 4 years (8 semesters), as per the CDOE brochure.
• Each course under the Master’s programmes carries 4 credits, with a total requirement of 80 credits for degree completion. The Diploma in Human Resource Management requires 32 credits, while the Diploma in Environmental and Disaster Management and the Diploma in Child Rights and Governance require 28 credits each.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for all six programmes under CDOE Tezpur University Admissions 2026 is the same.

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
• Candidates awaiting the result of their qualifying examination may be granted provisional admission, subject to fulfilment of the prescribed eligibility criteria and submission of proof of passing before the Semester-End Examination.

Note: An examination fee of Rs. 500/- per course is payable separately at the time of examination registration, over and above the programme/ semester fee. Fifty per cent of the programme fee will be refunded if admission is withdrawn before the last date of admission, excluding the late-fee period.

Documents Required

Candidates applying under CDOE Tezpur University Admissions 2026 need to upload scanned copies of the following documents on the admission portal.

• Passport-size photograph and signature
• Scanned copies of all relevant mark sheets and certificates
• Identity document
• Caste/ PwD/ PRC/ Sponsorship certificate, wherever applicable

Original documents have to be produced at the Centre for physical verification when called for.

Steps To Apply

Candidates can follow the steps given below to apply under CDOE Tezpur University Admissions 2026.

• Visit the application portal by clicking on the link given below in the “Important Links” section.
• On the Tezpur University website, click on the “Distance Education” tab and access the Online Admission Portal on the CDOE webpage.
• Create a DEB ID from the DEB portal and an ABC ID from DigiLocker or the NAD portal.
• Validate the DEB ID on the admission portal, create a password, and complete registration.
• Log in, fill in the application form, and upload the photograph, signature, and scanned copies of certificates, mark sheets, and identity documents.
• Click on the “submit” button.
• Pay the system-generated fee online through the dedicated payment gateway by clicking on the “Pay Fees” option.
• Download the application form of CDOE Tezpur University Admissions 2026 once the payment is updated on the portal, which generally happens within 72 hours of successful payment.
