The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released a notification concerning the CUET 2022 registrations on 5th May 2022. The NTA which is the conducting body of CUET, in the new notice, informed about the extension of the last dates for the submission of online applications for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET -UG) 2022.
As per the initial notice, the last date for online application was 6th May 2022. And the exam is scheduled to be held in July 2022 in the computer-based mode for admission to UG courses in Central Universities and other Participating Institutions (PI) for the 2022-23 session.

Important points
The notice also informs that –
- Some eligibility of the tests offered under CUET (UG)-2022 was revised by a few Universities/PIs. The revised mapping was also displayed on the NTA website (https://cuet.samarth.ac.in/)
- Also, some courses offered by a few Universities/PIs were dropped by them, due to unavoidable circumstances, check the information here
The NTA has asked the candidates to re-visit the website of the Universities and Participating Institutes, where they want admission, and re-confirm whether the courses in which they want admission are still on offer by the concerned University/ PI.
And also, the candidates are asked to re-visit the mapping of the courses/tests on the NTA website and reconfirm that the tests opted for by them in their application form are in conformity with the tests that they are required to apply for CUET (UG)-2022.
Due to arising of such issues in CUET 2022 registration where candidates have to make changes, the NTA has provided the facility for candidates, where they can visit the official website and make the desired changes in the “Tests” opted at any time before the last date for submission of application forms and also pay the differential fee if any, that may be applicable, arising on account of such changes.
In case, arising out of such correction if any extra fees are paid by the candidate then the excess fee paid will be refunded, within six weeks after the hosting of admit cards, after verification.
