ADRE Grade IV: The State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) for Class IV Posts has conducted the written test of the Assam Direct Recruitment Examination (ADRE) i.e. Paper I and Paper II on the 27th of October, 2024. These papers were held to shortlist eligible candidates for ADRE Grade IV vacancies. From the 13th of November, SLRC has opened an online portal for candidates to download the soft copy of their OMR Answer Sheets.
Paper I was conducted in 1st half of 27th October for Grade IV vacancies, which requires candidates to be Class 10th passed, or Class 10th passed along with an ITI pass certificate in the trade of Wireman/ Electrician/ Fitter/ Welder/ Machinist/ Electronics Mechanic from Govt. of Assam approved Institute. Whereas, Paper II was conducted for Class 8th level posts in the 2nd half of the same day. Earlier, on the 15th and 29th of September, written tests for Grade III vacancies were also held.

ADRE Grade IV OMR Sheets
All the candidates who have appeared in the written test for ADRE Grade IV vacancies can download their OMR Sheets by following the steps mentioned below:
- First of all, visit the online portal of SLRC by clicking on the link given below
- Log in using your Application Number and Password
- Enter the details, as asked in the portal
- Pay the fees of Rs. 50/- and submit the application form
- Upon receipt of the application with payment, the concerned candidate will receive an SMS on his/ her registered mobile within one week time of receiving the application.
- After receipt of the SMS, the applicant can download the scanned copy of his/ her OMR Answer sheet by logging in using the same credentials
Answer Key & Challenge Facility
SLRC has also opened an online portal where candidates can raise objections against the ADRE official Answer Key. Candidates wishing to challenge any answer will need to pay a fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) per question. Each objection must be supported by a valid justification. Objections submitted without proper justification will be considered invalid.
The objections raised by candidates for ADRE Grade IV vacancies will be reviewed by a panel of academic experts, and their decision will be final. If the justification provided is deemed valid by the expert committee reviewing the objections, the Rs. 500/- fee will be refunded to the original source of payment.
ADRE Results
As the ADRE Exam 2024 for all categories has concluded, the Assam Cabinet has recently made significant announcements regarding the recruitment drive. Key highlights are as follows:
- Result Declaration: The results for both Grade III and Grade IV will be released in February 2025.
- Final Job Disbursement: Successful candidates will receive their postings on May 10, 2025.
