The Gas Authority Of India Limited (GAIL) has released the notification for the GAIL recruitment 2023 to fill up 120 vacancies for the posts of Sr. Associate and Jr. Associate vacancy on Fixed Term Employment (FTE) basis.

Eligibility Criteria
- The Upper Age Limit for GAIL recruitment 2023 is 32 years for UR category posts and applicable age relaxation as per rule.
- Also, the upper age is relaxable by 03 years in case of candidates of OBC-NCL, 05 years in case of candidates of SC & ST, and 10 years for PwBD candidates.
- A minimum of 02-year of post-qualification inline experience in the respective discipline. One year of apprenticeship in the respective field will be considered as part of the experience. Summer and vocational training will not be viewed as part of the experience.
1. Sr. Associate (Technical)
Essential Qualification: Full-time Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical/Production/Production & Industrial Manufacturing/ Mechanical & Automobile/ Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Control/Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electrical & Instrumentation/ Electronics/Electrical & Electronics/ Civil with minimum 50% marks.
2. Sr. Associate (Fire & Safety)
Essential Qualification: Full-time Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Fire/Fire & Safety with minimum 50% marks.
3. Sr. Associate (Marketing)
Essential Qualification: Full-time Two years MBA with specialization in Marketing/Oil & Gas/Petroleum and Energy/Energy and Infrastructure/International Business with minimum 50% marks.
4. Sr. Associate (Finance & Accounts)
Essential Qualification: CA/CMA (ICWA) or Full time two years MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 50% Marks
5. Sr. Associate (Company Secretary)
Essential Qualification: Company Secretary
6. Sr. Associate (Human Resource)
Essential Qualification: Full-time Two years MBA/MSW/PG Diploma with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/Human Resources Management with minimum 50% marks. LLB degree will be added advantage.
7. Jr Associate (Technical)
Essential Qualification: Full-time Diploma in Engineering in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical/ Production/ Production & Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical & Automobile/ Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Control/Electronics & Instrumentation/Electrical & Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Electrical & Electronics/ Civil with minimum 50% marks.
