IDBI Bank Junior Assistant Manager Recruitment 2025: The IDBI Bank has published an advertisement via Adv. No: 3/ 2025-26 for recruiting 676 candidates as Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade “O” positions. Candidates will be selected for Junior Assistant Manager posts through an online exam and interview. Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility conditions for the IDBI Bank Junior Assistant Manager Recruitment 2025 are given below-

Age Limit

• As of 01/05/2025, the minimum age limit for candidates is 20, and the maximum age limit is 25.
• The candidate must have been born no earlier than 02/05/2000 and no later than 01/05/2025 (both dates inclusive).
• Age relaxation will be given as per Govt. rules & regulations.

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% for General, EWS, and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a recognized university (approved by the Government/ AICTE/ UGC).
• Candidates must be proficient in the use of computers.

Note- Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying for the eligibility criteria.

Nationality
