IOCL Nursing 2026 results declared: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Assam Oil Division (AOD), Digboi has released the provisional list of shortlisted candidates called for document verification for admission to the GNM and B.Sc (Nursing) courses at Assam Oil College of Nursing (AOCN), Digboi, for the session 2026-27. The list was published on 15th September 2026.
Two separate lists have been issued against the advertisements dated 1st June 2026, one under Adv Ref no. CSR(N)/GNM-2026 for the GNM course and another under Adv Ref no. CSR/B.Sc(N)-2026 for the B.Sc (Nursing) course. AOCN is affiliated to Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, Guwahati, and both courses are recognised by the Indian Nursing Council.

Document Verification Schedule
Candidates selected under IOCL Nursing 2026 from both lists are advised to report for document verification on either of the two scheduled dates, at Room no. 522, Administration Building, IOCL (AOD), Digboi. An intimation email will also be sent to each candidate’s registered email id, and candidates are advised to bring all documents mentioned in that email.

General Instructions
- Candidates who applied under IOCL Nursing 2026 must fulfil all eligibility criteria as mentioned in the respective advertisement; those not meeting the criteria need not appear for document verification.
- Without original documents, candidates shall not be allowed to appear for document verification.
- The information furnished by a candidate in the online portal regarding qualification, age, category, CEE score, and income details shall be cross-checked with the original documents.
- If a candidate is found to have furnished incorrect, doctored, or false information, or has suppressed any material fact, or is unable to produce original documents, or is found to possess a higher qualification, her candidature will stand cancelled at any stage of the selection process.
- Appearing for document verification does not confer an offer of employment or guarantee admission; the candidature remains provisional and subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement.
- Candidates called for document verification and the Pre-Engagement Medical Examination (PEME) must come prepared and make their own arrangements for stay.
- Canvassing in any form is liable to render a candidate ineligible.
After Document Verification
Candidates applied under IOCL Nursing 2026whose documents are found in order during verification shall be allowed to appear for the Pre-Engagement Medical Examination (PEME) at the Occupational Health Centre (OHC), Digboi. Only those candidates who are found medically fit shall be offered an engagement letter for admission at Assam Oil College of Nursing, Digboi.
