NEET UG Counselling 2022: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) began Round 1 of NEET UG Counselling 2022 on 11 October where the students can apply for registrations in different UG courses which include Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)/ Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)/ B.Sc Nursing. The seats for these courses will be filled for All India Quota/ Deemed/ Central/ AIIMS/ JIPMER/ State quota.
There will be more than 450 institutions which will participate in the NEET UG Counselling 2022. From Assam, 8 Medical Colleges, 1 Dental College and 1 All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) will participate in the counselling process.

Steps to register
The registration link for Round 1 of the NEET UG Counselling 2022 is available for all candidates till 11 AM on 17 October 2022. Follow these given steps to register:
- Visit the official website of MCC, i.e. mcc.nic.in
- Click on the link ‘UG Medical Counselling’ and then go to the registration link. All the fresh candidates need to register and registered candidates can simply log in with their login credentials.
- Fill the required boxes with your Registered Roll No, NEET Application Number, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth and Security Code.
- Fill in with the required educational qualification details, and personal details and upload the required scanned documents.
- Pay the fees, preview the form for any mistakes and then submit. Download the application form for future reference.

- 15% All India Quota seats of all states including Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, this year onwards. (UT of J&K will also contribute their 50% broad speciality Medical/ Dental seats for the All India Quota counselling conducted by MCC of DGHS).
- 100%MBBS/ BDS Seats of BHU,
- 100% MBBS Seats of AIIMS across India,
- 100% JIPMER seats (Puducherry/ Karaikal),
