Numaligarh Refinery Apprentice Vacancies 2025: Apply Online for 75 Posts

Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) has issued the official notification dated 23rd October 2025 for the Numaligarh Refinery Apprentice Vacancies 2025. The engagement is for one year under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 at Numaligarh and Guwahati locations. Eligible candidates can apply online; selection will be based on marks in the qualifying examination. The total number of apprentice vacancies notified is 75 across multiple disciplines.

The online application window for the Numaligarh Refinery Apprentice Vacancies 2025 opens on 24th October 2025 and closes on 17th November 2025. Candidates must register on the appropriate government apprenticeship portals before applying and submit all required documents during the online application. Stipend

• Degree/ Diploma Apprentices: Rs. 17,000 per month
• ITI Apprentices: Rs. 12,200 per month
• Canteen allowance: Rs. 1,415 per month

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

• Minimum 18 years as on 17th November 2025.
• No upper age limit for Numaligarh Refinery Apprentice Vacancies 2025.

Post-wise Educational Qualification

• GIS Apprentice: Graduate with certification in Geographic Information System (GIS).
• Mechanical Engg. Apprentice: Minimum 2nd class full-time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a Govt. recognized institute/ university.
• Instrumentation Engg. Apprentice: Minimum 2nd class full-time Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering.
• Electrical Engg. Apprentice: Minimum 2nd class full-time Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Civil Engg. Apprentice: Minimum 2nd class full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Chemical Engg. Apprentice: Minimum 2nd class full-time Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
• ITI Trades (Electrician/ Plumber/ Fitter/ Carpenter): 10th pass with ITI (NCVT/ SCVT) in the respective trade.
• Food & Beverage Service Apprentice: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management/ Hospitality with minimum 40% marks.
• Back Office Apprentice: Graduate in Commerce/ Arts with minimum 40% marks.
• Back Office (Economics) Apprentice: Graduate with Honours in Economics with minimum 40% marks.
• Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) Apprentice: B.Sc. with Chemistry as a subject with minimum 40% marks.
• Legal Apprentice: Bachelor of Law (LLB) from a Govt. recognized institute/ university.
• MCA/ BCA/ B.Sc.-IT Apprentice: MCA/ BCA/ B.Sc.-IT with minimum 40% marks.
• MBA-HR/ MBA-Marketing Apprentice: MBA/ PGDM in the relevant specialization.

Other Conditions

• Diploma Engineering candidates must have passed between 2023 and 2025 to be eligible for Numaligarh Refinery Apprentice Vacancies.
• Candidates must register as apprentices on the designated government portals and provide the apprenticeship registration number while applying.

Selection Process

• Selection will be made based on the percentage of marks in the qualifying examination.
• Final appointment is subject to successful signing of the apprenticeship contract on the relevant government apprenticeship portal.
• 50% of total seats under Numaligarh Refinery Apprentice Vacancies 2025 are reserved for Golaghat District candidates, and half of those are reserved under the Gyandeep Scheme; if adequate candidates are not available, seats will be filled from open category.
