Salary and Benefits
- The selected Local Bank Officers under PNB LBO Recruitment 2026 will receive a salary scale of ₹48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920.
- In addition to the basic pay, candidates are entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) or leased accommodation, leave fare concession, medical insurance, retirement benefits, and other perquisites as per the bank’s rules.

Educational Qualification

- Minimum one year post-qualification work experience in Clerical/ Officer cadre in Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank.
