IB ACIO 2023: The Intelligence Bureau under the Ministry of Home Affairs is inviting online applications for the post of Assistant Central Intelligence Office (ACIO). This job opportunity aims to hire people for 995 open positions for the recruitment of eligible candidates.

Pay Scale
The remuneration for candidates selected for recruitment in IB ACIO 2023 will be provided with salary and other allowances. The salary will be between Rs.44,900 – Rs.1,42,000.

Eligibility
The candidate applying for IB ACIO 2023 must have to fulfill the eligibility criteria in the following category:
Age
Candidates’ age should not be below 18 years and exceed 27 years till 15/12/2023. Age relaxation for various categories is as follows:
- OBC: 3 years
- SC/ ST: 5 years
- Service holder in the IB department (min 3 years): 8 years
Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for the recruitment in IB ACIO 2023 must be graduates in any discipline from a recognized University.

- Candidates will now have to provide their mobile number and email
- The candidates applying will have to set a strong password
- Based on the above details, the registration number will be generated

Selection Procedure
The selection process for IB ACIO 2023 will consist of two stages.
- Stage 1: Stage 1 will contain a written test with two tiers (Tier 1 and Tier 2).
- Stage 2: Stage 2(Tier 3) of the examination will comprise an interview test. It may be a psychrometric/ Aptitude test. The medium of the examination will be English.

Exam Pattern
There will be objective and descriptive examination in Stage 1 of the selection under IB ACIO 2023. The total mark in the Stage 1 examination is 150 marks the total marks including the interview is 250. There are 0.25 negative marks for each correct answer in the Tier 1 section.
