Who can apply?

The candidate should have completed their graduation from a recognized institute.
The candidate should have applied for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET-PG 2022) and appeared for the same, as scores obtained in CUET will be used to prepare the merit lists.

Admission into M.Tech programmes

Tezpur University will admit students in M.Tech. programmes on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the CUET (PG)-2022 conducted by NTA or on the basis of a valid score in the GATE examination. Here is the breakdown of available seats in various disciplines:

Please note that if the sanctioned GATE seats cannot be filled up entirely due to the non-availability of applicants with valid GATE scores, then the vacant seats will be filled up from the merit list of applicants with CUET (PG) scores.

Tezpur University PG Admissions 2022: Steps to apply

First of all, candidates need to visit the admission portal of Tezpur University
Click on the button saying ‘New Registration’
Read all the instructions given and then click on ‘Proceed’
Now, enter your Name, Email ID, Mobile number, and choose a password for future logins, then submit it
After registering successfully, candidates have to login into the admission portal and fill up the application form part by part, as instructed on the website
Next, candidates have to upload their photo, signature, and all the necessary documents
Lastly, the applicants should pay the registration fees and submit the form
Also, candidates need to download the Application Form of Tezpur University PG Admissions 2022, as it will be required for future references

Application Fees

During the registration process for Tezpur University PG Admissions 2022, candidates will be asked to pay Rs. 600 as an application fee. However, the application fees will be Rs. 300 only for candidates belonging to SC, ST and PWD category. And for international students, the fee is USD 20, irrespective of their categories.
