Union Bank of India Recruitment 2025: Job Profile

• The apprenticeship period is for 1 year as On-the-job training in banking sector with a monthly stipend of ₹15,000.
• There is no job guarantee after the training period ends.
• The apprentice will not receive any other benefits like PF, pension, gratuity, medical, or insurance.
• For the selection process, the candidate must appear for an online exam.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for Union Bank of India Recruitment 2025 are as follows –

1. Age Limit

• Age must be between 20 to 28 years as of 01/02/2025.
• Age Relaxation for the categories –
• Age Relaxation (as per govt rules and regulations):
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
  • Persons with Benchmark Disability (PWBD): 10 years

2. Educational Qualification (as of 5th March 2025)

• Candidate must have a Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualifications from a recognized university/institute.
• Candidate must have completed graduation on or after 1st April 2021.

Selection Process

The selection procedure for the candidates applying for apprentice post under the Union Bank of India Recruitment 2025 is divided into 4 stages as follows-

1. Online Examination
2. Test of the local language of the State
3. Document Verification
4. Medical Fitness: Candidates must provide a medical fitness certificate from an MBBS doctor

Online Examination

• The duration of the exam is 60 minutes.
• The maximum marks is 100.
• There is no negative marking for the wrongly attempted questions.
• The test can be attempted in Hindi or English.
• Merit list will be drawn State wise and Category wise.

Documents Required

The candidate must submit coloured and scanned copies of the following documents –

1. Aadhaar Card Front & Back Page (JPEG format, less than 1 MB)
2. PAN Card (JPEG format, less than 1 MB)
3. Valid Personal Email ID
4. Valid Mobile Number
5. Passport-size Photograph (JPEG format, less than 1 MB)
6. Marksheet of 10th and 12th standards (PDF format, less than 1 MB)
7. Degree Marksheet /Provisional Certificate (JPEG format, less than 1 MB)
8. Saving Bank Passbook / Cheque Leaf (PDF format, less than 1 MB)
9. Signature of the Candidate (JPEG format, less than 1 MB)

How to apply?

To apply for the apprenticeship posts offered by the Union Bank of India Recruitment 2025 drive, follow the given steps –

• All eligible candidates need to first get registered on the Apprenticeship Portal (NATS Portal) of Government of India.
• Candidates registered on the NATS portal will then need to Login into the portal using their user id and password.
• Then, apply for the Apprenticeship Advertisement of “Union Bank of India” under “Apply Against Advertised Vacancies” section.
• Make note of the Enrollment Id (issued by NATS portal), for all the future correspondence.
• After 24-48 hours of submitting the completed form, candidates will receive an email from BFSI SSC ([email protected]) with a copy of his/her “Application cum Examination Fee Form” filled by the candidate.
• More details about category status, PWBD status, choice of districts and other details for their apprenticeship training must be filled and provided via email.
• After this, make the payment of examination fee for the online test.
• On successful completion of transaction, an e-receipt would be sent to the registered email id of the candidate.
