7267 vacancies open at Eklavya Model Residential Schools; Apply now

The National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS), an autonomous organisation established under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, invites online applications for the recruitment of 7267 teaching and non-teaching staff for Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRSs) across the country.

The selection will be made entirely based on performance in the Eklavya Model Residential Schools Staff Selection Exam (ESSE-2025), which consists of a written exam (OMR-based) for all posts and an interview or skill test for specific posts.

Eligibility Criteria

ESSS 2025

• The candidates for the available vacancies will be selected on the basis of a competitive examination called the Eklavya Model Residential Schools Staff Selection Exam or ESSS 2025.
• There will be two tier of examinations, along with interview or skill test for few posts.
• Tier-I of ESSE-2025 will be a MCQ based examination, to be conducted in Pen-Paper mode.
• Whereas Tier-II will consist a combination of descriptive and MCQ based questions.
• After Tier-II, there will be an interview for the post of Principal and skill test for the post of Junior Secretariat Assistant.
• Medium of the Eklavya Model Residential Schools Staff Selection Exam will be both in Hindi and English.
