The Staff Selection Commission has announced the dates for the SSC CHSL 2022-Tier 1 and SSC CGL 2022-Tier 2 Examinations.
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) published a notification recently, on the 6th of February 2023, and announced the dates for the SSC CHSL 2022-Tier 1 and SSC CGL 2022-Tier 2 Examination. Earlier, the commission had released the tentative calendar for all the examinations to be held in the session 2023-24. In this calendar, it was mentioned that SSC CHSL 2022-Tier 1 examination will be held March, 2023 and now the exact dates are out.

In the notification released on February 6th, 2023, the commission announced the dates for the SSC CHSL 2022-Tier 1 and SSC CGL 2022-Tier 2 Exams as mentioned below:

Exam Pattern: SSC CHSL 2022-Tier 1
- The Tier-I Exams will consist of Objective Type, Multiple choice questions only. The questions will be set in English and Hindi for Parts II, III & IV.
- There will be a negative marking of 0.50 marks for each wrong answer.
- The paper of SSC CHSL 2022-Tier 1 will have 100 questions and candidates will get 60 minutes to complete it.

Exam Pattern: SSC CGL 2022-Tier 2
- The Tier-2 exam of SSC CGL 2022 will include Paper-I, Paper-II and Paper-III in separate shift(s)/ day(s).
- Paper-I is compulsory for all the posts.
- Paper-II will be for only those candidates who apply for the posts of Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) in the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation and who are shortlisted in Tier-I for these Posts.
- Whereas, Paper-III will be for only those candidates who are shortlisted in Tier-I for Paper-III i.e. for the posts of Assistant Audit Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer.
Paper 1:
Paper-I will be conducted in two sessions – Session-I & Session-II, on same day. Session-I will include conducting of Section-I, Section-II and Module-I of Section-III. Session-II will include conducting of Module-II of Section-III. Therefore, duration of Session-I will be 2 hours and 15 minutes and duration of Session-II will be 15 minutes only.
