Export-Import Bank of India has announced its Indian Exim Bank Recruitment 2026 for the direct recruitment of Management Trainees in Banking Operations. This recruitment drive is aimed at hiring skilled individuals to support and promote India’s international trade finance activities. Eligible Indian citizens can apply online starting 17th January 2026. The recruitment process includes a written examination followed by a personal interview, with a tentative exam date in February 2026.

Salary and Benefits

The selected management trainees will receive a monthly stipend of ₹65,000 during the one-year training period. After absorption as Deputy Managers (Junior Management Grade I), the pay scale will be ₹48,480 to ₹85,920 as per the Indian Banks’ Association 12th Bipartite Settlement. Additional allowances, benefits, and loan facilities for housing and education are also available. Residential accommodation may be provided subject to availability under Indian Exim Bank Recruitment 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

The minimum of 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in Graduation from a recognized full-time 3-year course is required under Indian Exim Bank Recruitment 2026
Post Graduation/ Post Graduate Diplomas (MBA/ PGDBA/ PGDBM/ MMS) with specialization in Finance/ International Business/ Foreign Trade or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
Final year candidates appearing for examination in January 2026 are also eligible, subject to producing final results by 1st June 2026.
Correspondence, part-time, open university or distance education degrees are not eligible.

Selection Process

The selection process under Indian Exim Bank Recruitment 2026 is given below:

Written examination to assess professional knowledge in financial statements and other related subjects.
Shortlisted candidates based on written exam performance will be called for a personal interview in Mumbai or New Delhi.
Final selection will consider 70% weightage to written exam marks and 30% to interview performance.
