AAI Recruitment 2025 opens from 17th February

AAI Recruitment 2025: Airports Authority of India is recruiting eligible candidates for the Junior executive position. The registrations for a total of 83 vacancies will begin from 17th February, 2025. Read the article to know all the details and apply on or before 18th March 2025.

Pay Scale

The position of a junior executive in the AAI recruitment 2025 will get a pay scale of –

₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (E-1 Level, IDA Pay Scale)
Estimated CTC: ₹13 lakh/ annum

Eligibility

The candidates applying for AAI Recruitment 2025 must be an Indian National. The other eligibility criteria includes the following-

(i) Age Criteria

The age of candidates applying for the Junior Executive position under AAI Recruitment 2023 must not be above 27 years as of March 18, 2025. Relaxations in the upper age limit shall be as given below:

SC/ ST: 5 years
OBC (NCL): 3 years
PwBD: 10 years
AAI regular service holders: 10 years
Ex-Serviceman: As prescribed by Govt. of India orders issued from time to time

Note: The Date of Birth as recorded in the Matriculation/ Secondary Examination certificates will only be accepted.

(ii) Education qualification

For Junior Executive (Fire Services) –
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Fire Engg., Mechanical Engg., or Automobile Engg.
For Junior Executive (Human Resources) –
- Graduate + MBA or equivalent (2 years’ duration) with specialization in HRM/ HRD/ PM&IR/ Labour Welfare
For Junior Executive (Official Language)
- Either Post-Graduation with Hindi/ English as a subject at Degree Level or Post-Graduation in any subject with Hindi & English as compulsory subjects at Degree Level.

NOTE-

Candidates in their final year can apply provided they receive their results before the verification process.
The degree or diploma must be for a recognized institute.

Selection Process

The selection process for AAI Recruitment 2025 involves three stages:

Computer-Based Test: The first stage is a Computer-Based Test with no negative marking.
Application Verification: The second stage involves Application Verification, where candidates are required to produce original documents along with scanned photocopies.
Medical Examination: The final stage is the Medical Examination, which ensures candidates meet the required health standards.

Additionally, for Fire Services, candidates must undergo Additional Tests which is for comprehensive process ensures that candidates are thoroughly evaluated for the roles they are applying for. These include:

Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
Driving Test
- Candidates must have a valid Permanent Light Motor Vehicle License at the time of Application Verification
Physical Endurance Test (PET)
- Running
- Casualty Carrying
- Pole Climbing
- Rope Climbing
- Ladder Climbing & Descending

How to apply?

To apply for AAI Recruitment 2025, the candidates must follow these steps:

The candidate must click on the ‘Online Application Portal’ option as directed below in the Important Link section
At the first onset, they must register using their name, email, and their phone number
Next, log in using the username and password communicated to the registered phone number and email
Enter the personal details and information about educational qualifications
Upload the necessary images/ documents and pay the fee using any one of the available options
After completing these steps, preview all the information entered and submit the form
Lastly, download the application form and the payment receipt for future reference

NOTE –

All correspondence to occur via registered mail id or the official website.
Multiple applications for different posts are allowed but separate fees must be paid for each application
