The Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat, Assam has released an official notification with ADVT No. 4/2025, inviting online applications for the various non-teaching posts under the AAU Recruitment 2025. Eligible candidates can submit their applications on or before May 13th, 2025, after going through all the details related to the recruitment drive in this article.

Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
The minimum age of the candidates as shall be 18 years and maximum age should be 40 years as on 01/01/2025.
Educational Qualification
Junior Administrative Assistant
- Candidates must have a minimum educational qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree in Science/ Arts/ Commerce from a government-recognized University.
- Candidates with Diploma or Certificate in Computer Application will be given preference.
Junior Accountant
- Candidates must have a minimum educational qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree in Science/ Arts/ Commerce from a government-recognized University.
- Candidates who have experience in Accounts or Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Application will be preferable under the AAU Recruitment 2025.
Pharmacist
- Candidates must have a minimum educational qualification of the candidate shall be HSLC or its equivalent examination pass.
- Candidates should have a Diploma in Pharmacy from a State/Central Govt. recognized institute.
- Preference shall be given to persons having experience of serving in Govt. recognized hospitals.
Section Assistant
- Candidates must have passed H.S.S.L.C or equivalent (10+2 Examination) passed from any recognized Board/ Council.
- Candidates with a Diploma or Certificate in Computer Application will be given preference under the AAU Recruitment 2025.
Junior Electrician
Candidates should possess a Trade Certificate in the Electrician trade from a recognized Government ITI, along with 2–3 years of relevant work experience in the field.

The selection criteria for non-teaching posts under the AAU Recruitment 2025 will be based on-

- Next, click on the button given for New Registration
- Then, candidates will have to register by providing their mobile number and email along with other personal details
- Based on the above information, the registration number will be generated
- After successful registration, candidates must log in using the credentials and fill out the online application form
- Enter all the details as directed and upload the essential documents along
- After this, the candidate must complete the application form by paying the application fee
- Then, the candidate must preview the application form and click on the “submit” button
- Lastly, take a printout of the payment receipt and application form for future reference
