IBPS PO Recruitment 2025: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has announced the Common Recruitment Process (CRP) PO/MT-XV for the recruitment of Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees in participating public sector banks for the vacancies of 2026-27. The selection will be through an online examination consisting of Preliminary and Main stages, followed by a Personality Test and Interview. This process is conducted annually and covers Banking vacancies of various banks across India.

Pay Scale
All the candidates selected under IBPS PO Recruitment 2025 will join as Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee and their Salary Scale will be:
- Basic Pay: ₹48,480 – 2,000 (7 increments) – ₹62,480 – 2,340 (2 increments) – ₹67,160 – 2,680 (7 increments) – ₹85,920
- Eligible for allowances and perquisites as per the rules of the participating banks.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Minimum age: 20 years
- Maximum age: 30 years (born between 2nd July 1995 and 1st July 2005 inclusive)
- Relaxations applicable for various categories as per government guidelines, such as:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen with conditions: 5 years
Educational Qualification
A degree (graduation) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. The final result should be declared on or before 21st July 2025. The candidate must possess valid mark sheet or degree certificate at the time of registration.
Nationality
- Citizen of India
- Subject of Nepal or Bhutan
- Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st Jan 1962 with the intention of permanent settlement
- Persons of Indian origin migrated from specified countries with a certificate of eligibility issued by Government of India
