Assam Direct Recruitment Interview 2025: Dates Announced by SLRC; Admit Cards from June 9

Assam Direct Recruitment Interview 2025: The State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) has released important information regarding the interviews for Class-IV (Grade 4) Posts, following its advertisement No. SLRC-G-IV/ ASSAM/ Advertisement for Analogous Posts-IV/ 2023-24/01/14 dated October 27, 2023. All candidates who successfully qualified in the written examination for Class-IV Posts are required to appear for an interview, which will also include document submission.

Candidates will be able to download their Interview Admit Card, Self-Declaration, and the format of Undertaking from the official website of ASSEB (Erstwhile SEBA), www.sebaonline.org, starting from 11:00 AM on June 9, 2025. Aspirants are strongly advised to meticulously review the instructions provided on the admit card for their interview appearance.

Important Documents

The important documents need to be carried during Assam Direct Recruitment Interview 2025 are as follows:

1. Admit Card of Interview: To be downloaded from the ASSEB (Erstwhile SEBA) website.
2. Employment Exchange Registration Certificate/ Card.
3. Age Proof: Admit card of HSLC exam or Birth certificate.
4. Mark Sheets and Pass Certificates of:
   • Read up-to Class VIII
   • HSLC, HSSLC
   • ITI passed certificate in the trade of wireman/ electrician/ fitter/ welder/ electronics mechanic/ machinist (Whichever is applicable).
5. Additional Qualification, if any.
6. Caste/ Category Certificate (if applicable): SC/ ST/ OBC/ MOBC Caste/ Tea Tribes and Adivasi communities/ PwBD Certificate.
7. Ex-Servicemen Certificate: Including Discharge Book Number, Date, and Place of Issue.
8. Photo Identity Proof: PAN Card/ Passport/ Voter ID Card/ Driving License, AADHAAR Card.

In addition to the above, candidates are also required to submit two copies of the Undertaking and Self-Declaration, formats of which can be downloaded from www.sebaonline.org. Two self-attested passport-size photographs must also be submitted at the time of the interview and document verification.

• Step 1: Visit the Official Website: Go to the official website of ASSEB (Erstwhile SEBA), which is given below in the link
• Step 2: Check Availability Date: The download link will be active from 11:00 AM on June 9, 2025, onwards.
• Step 3: Locate Download Section: Look for sections related to “Interview Admit Card,” “Self-Declaration,” and “Undertaking.”
• Step 4: Download Required Documents: Download your Interview Admit Card, the Self-Declaration form, and the format of the Undertaking.
• Step 5: Review Instructions: Carefully go through the instructions provided on the Interview Admit Card after downloading it.

Important Dates

The Assam Direct Recruitment Interview 2025 and related document submission process are scheduled to commence from June 17, 2025. The sessions will be conducted in two shifts: a Morning session starting from 9:00 AM onwards and an Afternoon session from 1:00 PM onwards. The specific date, time, and venue for each candidate will be clearly mentioned on their respective Interview Admit Cards.
