Assam Rifles Recruitment 2023 for 616 vacancies; apply now; check dates, steps, fee

The Office of the Director General, Assam Rifles has released an official notice about Assam Rifles Recruitment 2023, regarding the Assam Rifles Technical and Tradesmen Recruitment Rally 2023 on the 15th of February, 2023.

The portal is live now and interested candidates can register themselves online by following the steps mentioned in this article. Candidates are advised to get registered before or on the last date, which is the 19th of March, 2023.

Vacancies available

The Assam Rifles Recruitment 2023’s enrollment process is scheduled to begin on the 1st of May, 2023. The procedure into Group B and C posts against 616 vacancies is based on the applications received from the eligible female/male candidates for the trades/posts.

How to apply?

• Visit the official website of the Assam Rifles Recruitment 2023
• Search for the “online application” button and click on it
• Register yourself using the necessary credentials and upload the essential documents in the instructed formats
• After that, make the payment via the link given for online payment or otherwise opt for payment at SBI Bank Counters
• Completing these steps, download and print out copies of the application form and the payment receipt. Because in both options, the candidate will have to upload a copy of the Challan or receipt online.

Application Fees

• Group B posts (i.e., religious teacher and bridge and road posts only) = Rs. 200
• Group C posts (i.e., except religious teacher and bridge and road posts) = Rs. 100
• SC, ST, Female and Ex-servicemen candidates = No fee to be paid

Important Dates for Assam Rifles Recruitment 2023

PST/PET/Written Exam Centres

For the Assam Rifles Technical and Tradesmen Recruitment Rally 2023 examination, the option provided for choosing a center is unavailable. Here is the list of the centers assigned for the PST/PET and written exams below:

• Diphu, Karbianglong (Assam)
• Sukhovi (Nagaland)
• Dimapur (Nagaland)
• Silchar, Masimpur (Assam)
• Haflong (Assam)
• Jorhat (Assam)
• Laitkor (Shillong, Meghalaya)

Notes

• Candidates belonging to the physically handicapped category are not eligible to apply for the Assam Rifles Recruitment 2023 examination.
• While reporting for Physical Standard Test (PST) / Physical Efficiency Test (PET), candidates will need to produce an original copy of the payment receipt/ Challan for official records. In case of a nonsubmission receipt/Challan, the application may be rejected.
• The candidates will also produce a printed copy of the online application form duly completed and a copy of the notification downloaded from the Assam Rifles website, failing which the candidature of the applicants may be rejected.
