Bank of Baroda has released this notification, bearing reference number BOB/HRM/REC/ADVT/2026/17, to fill up regular vacancies for the posts of Wealth Executive and Credit Analyst – C&IC across various departments. Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Wealth Executive: 22 to 32 years
- Credit Analyst – C&IC: 21 to 33 years
Note: The upper age limit is as on the cut-off date of 1st September 2026. Candidates from SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen categories are entitled to age relaxation as applicable; candidates should refer to the official notification for the complete category-wise relaxation details.
Educational Qualification
- Wealth Executive: Graduation in any discipline, along with any one of the following valid certifications – IC 38 from the Insurance Institute of India, NISM Series V A (Mutual Fund Distributors), NISM Series XXI-A (Portfolio Management Services Distributors), or NISM Series V-D (Mutual Fund – Specialised Investment Fund Distributors). A 2-year full-time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management or MBA (Finance/ Marketing/ Banking) is preferred.
- Credit Analyst – C&IC: Graduation in any discipline along with a Chartered Accountant qualification.
Post Qualification Experience
- Wealth Executive: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of wealth products with leading Public Sector Banks, Private Sector Banks, Foreign Banks, Broking/ Securities Firms, Asset Management Companies, or Wealth Management Companies in India.
- Credit Analyst – C&IC: Minimum 1 year of banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank; experience in Corporate Credit is preferred.
Nationality
- A candidate applying under the Bank of Baroda Wealth Executive Recruitment 2026 must be a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from specified countries with the intention of permanently settling in India, as on 1st September 2026.
- Candidates falling under the Nepal/ Bhutan/ Tibetan refugee/ migrant categories must produce a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India at the time of interview.
Selection Process
- Selection of the candidate under Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2026 may comprise Application Scrutiny, Online Test, Psychometric Test, or any other test deemed suitable, followed by Group Discussion and/ or Personal Interview.
- Psychometric Test and/ or Personal Interview will be conducted to assess the candidate’s personality, communication, problem-solving ability, and suitability for the post.
- The minimum qualifying marks/ percentage for PI would be 60% for General and EWS category and 55% for other Reserved category candidates.
