Bank of India, a leading Public Sector Bank with its Head Office in Mumbai, has released a notification (Project No. 2026-27/02 dated 1st August 2026) inviting applications for the recruitment of Officers in various specialist streams up to Scale IV. The Bank of India Recruitment 2026 drive covers posts across Full-Stack Engineering, Digital Platforms, Information Security, Law, Fire Safety and several other technical streams.

Educational Qualification and Experience
The post-wise educational qualification, mandatory certification and experience criteria for the Bank of India Recruitment 2026 are listed in Annexure-I of the official notification, which candidates must refer to before applying.
Nationality
A candidate applying under the Bank of India Recruitment 2026 must be a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, and specified East African countries with the intention of permanently settling in India, subject to the required certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.
Selection Process
- Selection will be through an online test and/or personal interview, depending on the number of applicants/eligible candidates for each post.
- If online examination and interview are both conducted, the weightage will be 60:40 respectively, and a candidate must be found suitable in both to be eligible for final selection.
- The Bank may also conduct the selection process only based on interview without holding an online test.
- The merit list will be prepared in descending order for the respective SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS/ GEN categories.
Bank of India Online Exam Pattern 2026
The online examination will be conducted for a composite duration of 100 minutes and will be available bilingually in English and Hindi, except for the English Language section.

Steps To Apply For Bank of India Recruitment 2026
