Merit Lists for Cotton University PG Admissions 2022 are out now, download them here

Cotton University has finally released the merit lists and guidelines for admissions into postgraduate courses. Earlier, the entrance test for Cotton University PG Admissions 2022, also known as CPGEE was conducted from 2nd to 5th August 2022. And results of the same were announced on 15th of this month.

However, the results of each programme were serialized in the ascending order of Application IDs of the candidates who had appeared in the CPGEE 2022. And now, the Merit list for admission in a particular programme/ subject has been prepared on the basis of marks obtained in CPGEE 2022 and the number of seats available, taking into account the statutory reserved quotas.

Merit List for Cotton University PG Admissions 2022

Cotton University reserves 50% of seats in all the PG programmes for the graduates of the university itself. And for the remaining seats, the admissions will be made on the basis of candidates’ performance in the entrance test. Hence Cotton University has released two different merit lists, one for admission of Cotton Graduates and another for admissions in the Open Category.

Admission Procedure

• The admission process will be completed online through the existing Application Portal, where candidates will need to log in at a specified time and accept their seats by paying the admission fees.
• Cotton University will soon release a detailed notification about the schedule of admission, fees involved, and steps by step guide for seeking admissions.
• The university will also release separate merit lists for admission under reservations for students belonging to OBC/MOBC, SC, STP, STH & EWS at a later date.
• Once the candidate gets their provisional admissions through the online portal, they will be asked to visit the campus to verify their marksheet and certificates. After which only, their admission will be finalized.
