Deadline of IGNOU Assignment Submission for December 2024 TEE is extended

The Indira Gandhi National Open University has extended the deadline for submitting IGNOU assignments for the December 2024 Term-End Examination (TEE). Students now have time until October 31, 2024, to submit their assignments for Online and Open and Distance Learning (ODL) courses. This extension grants additional time for those who have not yet completed or submitted their assignments, ensuring they can participate in the upcoming term-end exams.

• Visit the official web service portal of IGNOU to access your assignments.
• Choose the programme type you are enrolled in (e.g., Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Diploma, etc.)
• Select the course for which you need to submit assignments.
• All IGNOU assignments of that course will be displayed, download the question paper and prepare the assignments accordingly.

Guidelines for Preparing Assignments

Proper preparation is key to ensuring assignments are accepted and evaluated. Follow these guidelines for a smooth process:

• Assignments should be written on A4 lined or ruled paper for better clarity.
• The cover page must have your name, enrollment number, course code, and other relevant details.
• Ensure that the content is written in your own words. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
• Stick to the word limits specified for each question to avoid penalties.
• Use clear headings and subheadings to organize your answers effectively.
• Use a black pen for writing questions and a blue pen for answers to differentiate between the two.
• Ensure each page is numbered correctly for easy reference.
• Focus on providing accurate and detailed answers, as quality significantly impacts your final grades.

Submitting the IGNOU assignments to the designated study or regional centre is crucial for ensuring the candidate’s participation in the December 2024 TEE.
