JNVST 2024 Results out for Class 6 Admissions; Follow the given steps to check

NVS has declared the JNVST 2024 results for admission into class 6 of all Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas of the country.

JNVST 2024 Results: Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has released the results of the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test or JNVST 2024 for admission of class 6 students in Navodaya Vidyalayas across the country. All the candidates who have appeared for the admission test can now check their JNVST 2024 results on the official website of NVS. This year, NVS conducted the entrance test for admission into class 6 of all the Navodaya Vidyalayas on the 20th of January, 2024.

JNVST 2024 results: How to check?

Candidates who have appeared in the selection test can check their JNVST 2024 results and know if they are eligible for admission to Navodaya Vidyalaya of their district by following the steps mentioned below:

  • Step 1: First of all, visit the official website of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti
  • Step 2: Enter the login credentials, i.e. the roll number and date of birth, and click on the check results button given.
  • Step 4: You are all set, now you can view your JNVST 2023 results and know if you are selected for Admission into the JNV of your district.
  • Step 5: Lastly, you can take a screenshot of your results for future reference.

Alternatively, the Navodaya Vidyalaya of your district, where the student is looking to take admission will also send a letter to the candidate’s home address, that they entered during the registration process. The letter is to inform them about JNVST 2024 results and instruct them on the necessary procedures/ steps to be taken for taking admissions. However, Schools will not send any letter to candidates, who are not selected and are not eligible for admission.

Essential Documents required during admissions

Here is a list of all the important documents, that selected candidates need to submit in the respective JNVs during the admission procedure.

  • Birth Certificate
  • Proofs for eligibility as per the conditions of NVS
  • All the candidates coming from rural areas, and seeking admission under the rural quota will need to submit a certificate from competent authorities to confirm that the selected student had studied in an Institution / School located in a rural area
  • Residence Certificate in prescribed proforma in case of NIOS studies only
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Annual Income Certificate of the family, etc.

Please refer to the notification/ call letter released by respective JNVs after the declaration of JNVST 2024 results, and make sure that the candidate takes the original copies, as well as a photocopy of the documents ready during the admission procedure, so the candidate faces no issues during admissions.
