GAT B/ BET Result 2022: The result of the Graduate Aptitude Test – Biotechnology (GAT–B) and Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) of the year 2022 were announced on the 25th of May, 2022. Candidates who appeared for the examinations can now check as well as download their scorecards from the official website of NTA.
The GAT-B/ BET examinations of 2022 were conducted in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode in different parts of the country on the 23rd of April, 2022. Alongside maintaining all the precautions, arrangements were done in 56 cities to conduct the examination smoothly.

For candidates who appeared for the GAT B examination, the NTA issued a notice that says, “Candidates who had applied for Graduate Aptitude Test-Biotechnology can download/ Print their Score and Rank Card afterward.”
How to download scorecards of GAT B/ BET Result 2022?
Here are the steps to download the GAT-B/ BET Result 2022 scorecards.
- First visit the official website of NTA that is, — http://dbt.nta.ac.in
- Scroll down the page, there you will find a link, ‘BET-2022 Score Card’
- Click on it
- You will get two login options, one will require your application no. and password, and the other, your application no. and date of birth
- Fill in the required details to login
- Candidates have to download the scorecard of GAT B/ BET Result 2022 and take a printout for further reference.
After completion of the examinations, the candidates were offered the provision of raising challenges against the questions in the question paper. The received challenges were further investigated and verified by the experts. Only after that, the results were processed as per the verified answer keys.
Next steps after declaring GAT B/ BET Result 2022
The official notice of NTA regarding the GAT B/ BET Result 2022 states, “The eligibility criteria, self-declaration, various documents, etc. of the eligible candidates shall be verified as per norms specified by the Institutes where admission is sought, at subsequent stages of the admission process. NTA does not have any responsibility towards correctness/genuineness of the uploaded information/ documents during the application process.”
It further added, “The responsibility of NTA is limited to inviting online application, the conduct of the entrance test, declaration of result and providing the results to Regional Centre for Biotechnology for further action at their end.”
