Private Secretary (Stenographer Grade-I): Bachelor’s degree from recognized University, preferably with diploma in English stenography (minimum 120 wpm shorthand and 50 wpm computer typing). Must have knowledge of Assamese language.
Selection Process
Stenographer Grade-II: Stenography test (voice test, shorthand speed test, transcription), written examination (objective type on English and Assamese), and Viva-Voce interview.
Chauffeur: Written test (objective type on road signs, general knowledge, Assamese), driving test (starting, driving, parking), and interview/viva-voce.
Multi Tasking Staff: Written examination (objective type on general knowledge, English, mathematics, Assamese), and interview/viva-voce.
Private Secretary: Stenography test (dictation and transcription), written examination (descriptive English composition, essay, grammar, and Assamese), and interview/viva-voce.
