HAL Junior Executive Vacancies 2026: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a Maharatna Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, has invited applications for the engagement of Junior Executives on a short-term basis under Advt. No. HAL/CHRC-TAR/RECT-03/2026. A total of 150 posts have been notified in nine engineering disciplines.
The HAL Junior Executive Vacancies 2026 are open to graduate engineers, and the selection will be through an interview only. The online application window opened on 7th October 2026 and will close on 17th October 2026 at 14:00 hrs.

Pay Scale and Benefits
Candidates engaged on a short-term basis under HAL Junior Executive Vacancies 2026 will be placed in the E0 Pay Scale (2017) of DPE, i.e. Rs. 30,000-1,20,000/-. The pay and allowances are as follows.

Educational Qualification

Selection Process
- The selection of the candidate under HAL Junior Executive Vacancies 2026 will be done through interview only.
- Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted on the basis of the aggregate marks scored in the qualifying course, in order of merit, in the ratio of 1:10 (maximum) to the number of vacancies in each discipline and category.
- If the marks are the same, the candidate who is elder will be considered first.
- Candidates must secure at least 50% marks in the interview to qualify, with relaxation for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates as per rules.
- Merely meeting the qualification does not give a right to be shortlisted for the interview.
- Provisionally selected candidates will have to undergo a pre-employment medical examination before joining.
Documents Required
- Originals of all certificates relating to the particulars declared in the application form, for document verification before the interview
- Documentary proof of passing the qualifying examination with the minimum aggregate marks
- Conversion certificate from the university/ institute, where CGPA or grades are awarded
- Caste certificate, Income and Asset certificate or Disability certificate, as applicable, in the prescribed format
- OBC-NCL certificate in the prescribed format, not older than 6 months as on 17th October 2026
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the present employer, for candidates employed in government departments, public sector enterprises or similar organisations
- Passport size colour photograph (less than 100 KB) and signature (less than 50 KB) in .jpg format, for upload in the online application form

- Fill in the eligibility details carefully. A unique application number will be generated on submission, and these details cannot be edited afterwards.
- Fill in the personal and qualification details in the application form. These can be edited before final submission.
- SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates complete their registration on submission of these details and can save the application confirmation page.
- UR/ OBC-NCL/ EWS candidates must pay the application fee online through SBI Collect using credit card, Internet Banking or UPI.
- After payment, wait for 48 to 72 hours for validation, then log in again to download the final application form.
Candidates can apply for only one engineering discipline. If applications are submitted for different disciplines, all of them will be rejected and the fee will be forfeited. No changes are allowed after final submission.
