The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) announces the Common Recruitment Process (CRP CSA -XV) for the recruitment of Customer Service Associates (Clerical posts) in participating public sector banks for vacancies in the year 2026-27. This recruitment involves a two-phase online examination: Preliminary and Main. According to the notification of IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2025, online registrations began on 1st August, with the application deadline being 21st of August, 2025.

Pay Scale
- Basic pay ranging from ₹24,050 to ₹64,480 as per the pay scale ₹24050-1340/3-28070-1650/3-33020-2000/4-41020-2340/7-57400-4400/1-61800-2680/1-64480
- Allowances and other perquisites will be granted following the rules of the participating banks.
Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
- Citizens of India, or subjects of Nepal, or Bhutan.
- Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanent settlement.
- Persons of Indian origin who migrated from specified countries with the intention of permanent settlement.
- Candidates must have a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India if not citizens of India.
Age Limit (As on 1st August 2025)
- Minimum age: 20 years
- Maximum age: 28 years
- Relaxation applicable for SC, ST, OBC, persons with benchmark disabilities, ex-servicemen, and qualifying women candidates as per government norms.
Educational Qualifications (As on 21st August 2025)
- To be eligible for IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2025, candidates will need a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.
- Computer literacy is mandatory – certificate/ diploma/ degree in computer operations or IT or studied computer/ IT as a subject.
- Ex-servicemen without civil examination qualifications should be matriculates with relevant defense certificates and minimum 15 years of service.
Selection Process
- The selection procedure of IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2025 involves two online examinations: Preliminary and Main.
- Candidates who qualify prelims are eligible for the mains.
- Provisional allotment to participating banks is based on merit-cum-preference and reservation policies.

Candidates have to qualify in each of the three tests by securing cut-off marks to be decided by IBPS. An adequate number of candidates in each category, as decided by IBPS, depending upon requirements, will be shortlisted for the Main examination.

- System-generated printout of online application form.
- Proof of date of birth (e.g., Birth Certificate or SSLC Certificate).
- Valid photo identity proof matching application name.
- Graduation mark sheets and certificates.
- 10th standard or equivalent certificate evidencing local language proficiency (if applicable).
- Caste/category certificates (SC/ ST/ OBC with non-creamy layer clause, EWS certificate).
- Disability certificate in prescribed format (if applicable).
- Ex-servicemen relevant certificates and discharge documents (if applicable).
- No Objection Certificate from current employer for government/ quasi-government employees.
- Death/ divorce/ judicial separation certificates and affidavits for claiming widow or divorced women category relaxation (if applicable).
- Any other relevant supporting documents as per eligibility claims.

- Search for the Important Web-Links section
- There, click on the link that reads, “Online Application”
- Proceed to register yourself with the required necessities
- After this, candidates will have to log in using their respective credentials
- Fill out the online application form with all the essential details and upload the required documents
- Proceed to the payment section, and pay the fees through any one of the available options
- Then submit the online application form
- Take a printout copy of the application form and payment receipt of IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2025 for future reference
