ICSI Recruitment 2025: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is a statutory body set up under an act of Parliament, the Company Secretaries Act, 1980, has issued a advertisement (Advt. No. 01/2025) for eligible candidates to fill various regular and contractual positions. This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 52 vacancies across diverse posts and classifications. Salaries

The salaries for the advertised positions under ICSI Recruitment 2025 vary based on whether the post is regular or contractual. Regular posts are compensated as per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix, while contractual posts have a fixed monthly consolidated salary.

Regular Posts:

• Joint Director (Academics) (New Delhi/ Noida): Pay Level 12 (78800-209200) with a Gross Salary per Annum of Rs. 18.83 lakhs approx.
• Information Security Officer (New Delhi/ Noida): Pay Level 12 (78800-209200) with a Gross Salary per Annum of Rs. 18.83 lakhs approx.
• Deputy Director (Academics) (New Delhi/ Noida): Pay Level 11 (67700-208700) with a Gross Salary per Annum of Rs. 16.36 lakhs approx.
• Deputy Director (Corporate Communication) (New Delhi/ Noida): Pay Level 11 (67700-208700) with a Gross Salary per Annum of Rs. 16.36 lakhs approx.
• IT Security Manager (New Delhi/ Noida): Pay Level 10 (56100-177500) with a Gross Salary per Annum of Rs. 13.79 lakhs approx.
• Executive (Law / Finance and Accounts / HR) (New Delhi/ Noida): Pay Level 8 (47600-151100) with a Gross Salary per Annum of Rs. 11.23 lakh approx. There is one vacancy each for Law, Finance and Accounts, and HR.
• Executive Assistant (Anywhere in India): Pay Level 4 (25500-81100) with a Gross Salary per Annum of Rs. 6.33 lakh approx.

Contractual Posts

• Dean (Mumbai / Kolkata / Hyderabad / Manesar): Monthly consolidated salary of Rs. 2,50,000/-.
• Research Associate (Mumbai / Kolkata / Hyderabad / Manesar): Monthly consolidated salary of Rs. 50,000/-.
• Executive (Career Awareness Programme) (New Delhi/ Kolkata / Mumbai / Chennai): Monthly consolidated salary of Rs. 50,000/-.
• Accountant (New Delhi/ Kolkata/ Mumbai/ Chennai): Monthly consolidated salary of Rs. 50,000/-

Eligibility Criteria

The maximum age for each post is specified as on 01.05.2025. The crucial date for determining the age limit of the candidates applying under ICSI Recruitment 2025 is given below:

Educational Criteria

The required educational qualifications for each post are detailed below. All educational qualifications must be obtained from recognized universities/ Institutions in India or abroad. Courses from autonomous institutions should be equivalent to relevant courses approved/recognized by AIU/ UGC/ AICTE.

• Joint Director (Academics):
  • A Graduate degree in Commerce from a recognized University and ACS/ ACA/ ACMA OR
  • PG degree in Economics/ Commerce/ Management/ Law or equivalent with 50% marks.
• Information Security Officer:
  • MCA or B.Tech (Computer Science/IT/Electronics) or equivalent with 1st or 2nd Division from recognized Institute/ University.
• Deputy Director (Academics):
  • A Graduate degree in Commerce from a recognized University and ACS/ ACA/ ACMA OR
  • PG degree in Economics/ Commerce/ Management/ Law or equivalent with 50% marks.
• Deputy Director (Corporate Communication):
  • Post Graduate Degree in Mass Communication / Advertising and Public Relations with 50% marks OR
  • Graduate Degree in any discipline with 50% marks along with Diploma (of at least 1 year duration) in Mass Communication/ Advertising and Public Relations.
• IT Security Manager:
  • MCA or B.Tech (Computer Science/IT/Electronics) or equivalent with 1st or 2nd Division from recognized Institute/ University.
• Executive (Law):
  • Degree in Law with 50%.
• Executive (Finance and Accounts):
  • A Graduate degree in Commerce from a recognized University and Membership of ICSI/ ICAI/ICAI(Cost) OR
  • Two years full-time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance from Government recognized Universities / Institutes.
• Executive (HR):
  • MBA / PGDBM/ MSW/ MA (Personnel Management/social work specialization in PMIR) / MHROD or equivalent degree/ Diploma with 50% marks (of at least 2 yrs duration) (with specialization in HR/HRD/Industrial Relation/ Personnel Management).
• Executive Assistant:
  • Graduate in Commerce.
• Dean:
  • Master’s Degree in Economics / Law/ Commerce/ Management / Accounts /Finance with atleast 55% marks or equivalent grade.
  • Good academic record with Ph.D. degree in Economics/ Law/ Commerce/ Management/ Finance.
• Research Associate:
  • A Graduate degree in Commerce from a recognized University and ACS/ ACA/ ACMA OR
  • PG degree in Economics/ Commerce/ Management/ Law or equivalent with 50% marks.
• Executive (Career Awareness Programme):
  • MBA / PGDBM or equivalent degree/ Diploma with 50% marks (of at least 2 year duration) (with specialization in Marketing).
• Accountant:
  • A Graduate degree in Commerce from a recognized University and Membership of ICSI/ ICAI/ ICAI(Cost) OR
  • Two years full-time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance from Government recognized Universities/ Institutes.

Selection Method

• The selection process under ICSI recruitment 2025 may include a written test and/ or an interview.
• The ICSI reserves the right to call for a written test and/ or interview only those candidates who are considered most suitable for the post.
• Simply submitting an application or meeting the basic eligibility conditions does not guarantee being shortlisted or called for a test or interview.
• The ICSI’s decision regarding eligibility, shortlisting, the conduct of the interview, and selection is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained regarding these matters.
