IDBI Recruitment 2023 for 600 Junior Assistant Managers, apply now

IDBI Recruitment 2023: The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) is now recruiting eligible candidates for the post of Bank Assistant Manager. IDBI Bank has released an advertisement for a total of 600 Junior Assistant Manager (Grade “O”) vacancies. Interested candidates can register themselves online by visiting the official portal on or before the 30th of September, 2023.

Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates should be a Graduate in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India or they should have an equivalent qualification.
• Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.
• Candidates are expected to have proficiency in computers.
• Also, proficiency in the regional language will be preferred in IDBI Recruitment 2023.
• Candidates in the final year of their Graduation, or in the last semester may also apply. However, their eligibility will be subject to the condition that, if called for the interview, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 31st of August, 2023.
• The minimum age limit to apply for IDBI Recruitment 2023 is 20 years and the maximum is 25 years.

Selection Procedure

The selection for the vacant posts in IDBI Recruitment 2023 will be done through an online test, followed by a personal interview of the candidates, who have qualified in the online test.

• Candidates will get a composite time of 2 hours to complete all the 4 tests as mentioned above.
• There will be negative marks for wrong answers and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
• Each candidate will need to obtain a minimum score on each test of online examination and also a minimum total score to be considered for being shortlisted for the personal interview.

• Class 10th or Class 12th standard marks sheet or school leaving Certificate or Birth Certificate
• Marks sheets and Passing Certificates of Class 10 and Class 12
• All semester/ year-wise or consolidated marks sheets of Graduation
• Caste or Tribe or Class Certificate for SC, ST, OBC (NCL) and EWS candidates
• Person with Disability (PWD) Certificate (if applicable)
• Photo identity (PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving Licence/ Voter’s Card/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ Aadhar/ E-Aadhar card with a photograph)
• Experience Certificate (if applicable)
