The Kohima Science College has recently released the admission notification and the prospectus for the academic session 2022-23. The notification released covers mainly the details of the undergraduate level admission process and informed that the online application forms for UG admissions will be available from the 1st of June 2022.
Eligibility for admission at Kohima Science College
Admission to Kohima Science College at the UG level requires the following eligibility criteria:
- The candidate must be XII passed or equivalent from a recognized Board with a minimum of 50% in aggregate and with the following conditions if an applicant wishes to take up Honours subject:
- 50% in the subject in which one desires to take up Honours.
- 50% in Biology to take up Honours in Botany or Zoology.
- For Honours in Chemistry, Physics, and Statistics, one should pass in class XII Mathematics.

How to apply?
The Kohima Science college has not yet opened the online portal for the admission 2022-23 application form, it is expected to be live from 1st June 2022 or before. Interested candidates can visit the official website of Kohima Science and apply for admissions from the first day of June.
The selection of students will be made based on the candidate’s performance in the HSSLC examination. The decision of the admission committee is final and binding.
