IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023: The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI Bank) Ltd. is inviting online applications from eligible candidates for the post of 800 Junior Assistant Managers (JAM), Grade ‘O’ & 1300 Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO) (on Contract). The notification of IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023 was released on 22 November 2023, and the examinations are supposed to be held on the 30th and 31st of December 2023.

Eligibility
For Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’
Age: Minimum: 20 years & Maximum: 25 years
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% for General and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a recognised University.
Computer Literacy: Candidates are expected to have proficiency in computers.
For Executives – Sales and Operations (ESO)
Age: Minimum: 20 years & Maximum: 25 years
Education Qualification: A Graduate from a recognized university in any discipline from a recognised University.
Computer Literacy: Candidates are expected to have proficiency in computers.
Selection Process
The selection process of IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023 shall comprise of Online Test(OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).

- Penalty for Wrong Answers – For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one-fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty to arrive at a corrected/ final score.
- Candidates qualifying in the Online Test will form the pool of shortlisted candidates and will be eligible for further selection process. Such candidates will be called on the basis of a higher order of marks and age within their respective category, subject to the availability of vacancies in the respective category and /or at the discretion of the Bank.
